Each of the 2 bedrooms have queen-sized bed. In addition, for extra persons we have a sofa bed in the upstairs Living room.

Phase 1and Phase 2 of Puerto Del Mar have access to a 5 mile long private sandy beach.

Enjoy ocean views and panoramic ocean vista from the expansive rooftop, windows or terraces, it is perfect for BBQ's, dining and entertaining or quietly enjoying a majestic sunset, enjoy the beautiful and serene private sand beach just by opening your living room sliding doors and soak in the sun. You can go hiking trails or rent ATVs.
